About me

My name is Lukáš Průcha and I am tech enthusiast for everything around computers and laptops. During my studies in grammer school, IT has been my biggest hobby and after graduation, I joined local biggest e-shop Alza.cz a.s. as a service and assembly technician for PC's and laptops.

 

After few months, I have been promoted as a head of this department and I have managed it for many years. I was responsible for its development, ensuring quality of assembled computers and all provided aftersales services for IT devices as well as customer care for these products.

 

This experience truly helped me in the detail orientation in the IT area and showed me, how to ensure correct realization of customer specific orders.

 

Due to this, I finally decided at some point to provide these IT services by my own way, deliver them in best possible quality and enhance the personal approach for all clients from Květnice and nearby areas.
